What we hold, and where it goes
About you
Your email address, so you can log in — we send a link and a code, and we store the token hashed. What you type about your business: description, stage, evidence, the brand you pitch under. Payment records: an amount, a card brand, the last four digits and the processor’s reference. We never see or store a full card number.
Who else sees it
Square processes payments. Amazon SES carries our email. OpenRouter runs the models that write the Sim’s words, and what you typed about your business goes into those prompts. Investors and accelerators see what the Sim submits to them, which is your business described in the Sim’s voice.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, we do not advertise on it, and we do not use it to raise for anybody else. Your answers are not shown to other customers. The shared investor index records public facts about investors — who they are and what they back — never anything about you.
The Sim’s accounts
A Sim has a domain, a mailbox, a site, a deck and social accounts. Mail sent to a Sim is read by us so we can file replies against the right campaign and show them to you.
Keeping and deleting
We keep a paid campaign and its correspondence so the record stays intact. Ask us at hello@simsons.ai and we will delete your account and everything on it, except what we must keep for tax and payment records.
