Refunds
No refunds, and why
Payment is final. Once a campaign is paid, the work begins immediately and cannot be taken back: a Sim is created, a domain is registered in its name, a site and a deck are made, and applications go to investors. Your idea reaches people the moment it starts, and that cannot be unsent.
What you can do instead
Pause. From the Simroom you can stop a campaign at any moment, and no further target is contacted. Pausing limits how far the idea spreads from that point on. It is not a refund and implies no refund of any kind.
What we will fix
If we charged you twice for the same campaign, or charged you for a campaign that never ran a single application, write to hello@simsons.ai and we will return that money. That is a billing error, not a refund of work delivered.
What is not a refund reason
Investors passing, investors not replying, or a raise that does not happen. We are paid to make the approach on your behalf, carefully and in volume. We are not paid on the outcome, and we never promise one.
