The deal, plainly
What you are buying
You pay per target. We line up investors who plausibly fit your business, and a Sim — a synthetic founder we create and run — applies to them and corresponds with them on your behalf. You watch it happen in the Simroom.
What we promise
Best effort, and honesty about what happened. We will apply to the targets you paid for, record what each one said, and show you the truth of it, including when the answer is nothing. We do not control investors and we promise no introduction, no meeting, no term sheet and no money raised.
What the Sim is
The Sim is not a real person and never claims to be one you know. It carries a name, a face, a domain and accounts we make for it. It speaks for your business with the facts you gave us. It does not invent traction, revenue, customers or funding — if the answers say pre-launch, everything it writes says pre-launch.
What you promise
That the business is yours to pitch and the facts you enter are true. Anything the Sim says about your company came from you; if it is wrong, that lands on you, not on us. You may not use Simsons to raise for a business you do not have the right to represent.
Cloaking
Half cloak means the Sim pitches under your real brand. Full cloak means it pitches under a name we invent, and you decide later whether to reveal the connection. Either way the underlying business described is yours.
Pausing
You can pause a campaign at any time from the Simroom, and outreach stops. A paid campaign is never deleted, because the record of what was said to whom is yours to keep. Pausing is not a refund — see refunds.
Ending it
We can refuse or stop a campaign that is fraudulent, unlawful, or aimed at someone who has asked not to be contacted. If we stop one for those reasons, we will tell you why.
